3 week stall.....

What can I do to start the scales moving again? I have not really lost any numbers on the scale in a week & I have been walking two times a day????. Ready for them to start moving again, I have about another 40-50 lbs to get rid of.

  • I am 4 weeks out and have not lost in a week so I know the feeling. Trying to drink lots of water and exercise every day.

I am in "the stall" right now, as well. I'm not worried about it in the least because my body has always been rebellious to the process. Why would I expect anything less now? LOL! Just continue doing

I am in "the stall" right now, as well. I'm not worried about it in the least because my body has always been rebellious to the process. Why would I expect anything less now? LOL! Just continue doing what you are supposed to do. Follow your doctor's plan. There is no way I am not losing weight only eating 1/2 cup at a time...roughly 600-650 calories a day (on a good day) and walking. It's the same for you. Look for other ways to monitor your progress (like inches lost or clothes fitting better) and be patient. It doesn't have a choice but to come off eventually. I am at 3.5 weeks post op. Be encouraged. :)
