Swimming too early?

I'm so worried. I'm one month post op and decided to go swimming at a family event. I had my scars well covered up, but I felt a huge discomfort in my tummy... As if all my organs were floating in my abdomen area. So now, I have a huge pain in my biggest incision, just as if I were back to week one pain. OUCH!! I can't even move...

What have I done??? ????
