APPS FOR TRACKING

Looking for some solid recommendations for an iOS app that will allow me to track Fluid consumption as well as Protein. Anyone have any good experiences with a particular one ?

Much appreciated.

MyFitnessPal - I use it on Android. It's a great app. Heard from many other people who use it on here as well.

Definitely "My Fitness Pal". It tracks everything: food diary, nutrition (carbs, protein, sodium, vitamins, etc), water, exercise, weight and more. I have the free app on my iPhone and Kindle Fire

Definitely "My Fitness Pal". It tracks everything: food diary, nutrition (carbs, protein, sodium, vitamins, etc), water, exercise, weight and more. I have the free app on my iPhone and Kindle Fire and it provides everything I need to get healthy (except blood glucose readings-I have another app for that). They do have a premium app you pay for, but I have everything I need with the free version. I've used it for about 3 years on a 4s and now my iPhone 6 without any problems.

I also use MyFitnessPal....love it!

I also use MFP.

I use my fitness pal. And if you use map my walk it will sync your calories burned while working out

I love my fitness pal. I also have an app called waterlogged. You track your water intake and it reminds you when you haven't tracked or drank enough.
