From what I've read that's good. Perhaps even great!

I could down a premier Protein shake only weeks after surgery. It's actually been a blessing and I think has helped get my protein in for weight loss. Currently I'm almost seven months out and down 104 pounds since surgery. I still drink a shake (in minutes) every day. ????

Edit...I'm "assuming" that you're implying 30 minutes is quick for drinking...lol I do remember days after surgery it taking hours for only ounces. Weeks post-op.. 30 minutes felt like I was drinking it fast.

If you can do it, that's awesome! I'm 3 weeks and still having a hard time. I loved premier protein pre-op and can't handle it now. So far Syntrax nectar is my tummy's choice but it doesn't have as much protein so I need more.
