Yep, my fitness pal is the way to go. I've learned so much using it over the past 21 months.

I like My Fitness Pal too. It keeps me in check.

Fitness Pal is great. You can also print out your diary if you would like to share with NUT/anyone else (you'll have to use your computer for this option.
