Arbonne Protein shakes

Hi, I'm wondering if anyone has tried the Arbonne protein shakes post-op?

Haven't tried then but they look a bit high in sugar and carbs. At only 20 grams of Protein there are better shakes out there.

Found them to be high in sugar and carbs, plus do not taste anywhere near as good as others that have higher protein values and way better taste

A friend's daughter is trying to start an Arbonne business and I really wanted to be supportive but the nutrition stats just weren't there.

Yeah, Arbonne products are pretty much a scam.

My personal opinion.

I'd personally recommend staying far away from Arbonne. It's an MLM scam. I know too many girls/ladies that were sucked into it and were taken advantage of in the worst possible ways.
