    Arbonne Protein shakes

Avoid it! Carbs & sugar! I have found that Nectar Chocolate is the best. Mix with skim milk or unsweetened almond milk & YUM!

    Cholesterol Up

Miss Mac, check into PB2, it's a powder peanut butter my NUT turned me onto. It tastes just like PB (cause it is) - just minus the oil & fat. Amazing stuff. I put it in my protien shakes too. Also 1 vanilla protien packet + 8oz skim milk + 2tbsp PB2 in a zip lock back, in larger zip lock bag put 4c ice + 8tbsp large salts - put little bag of protien shake into big bag of ice. Shake for 5 minutes & you have an amazing peanut butter ice cream!

4 days post op. Having troubles

Try sugar free ice pops. For whatever reason that's all my tummy tolerated for days. Also call your doctor and ask for them to call you in an anti nauseous medicine like Ondansetron. It's a dissolvable tablet you put under your tongue. I took it every day for the 1st 4 days post surgery every 6 hours

    2 weeks post op

I am suprised your eating so soon after surgery. My doctor has me liquids only for 21 days then purees and soft soft foods 2-3 weeks before I can have anything really solid like chicken
  6. Ugh! I'm 5 days post op and was wondering the same thing. So many people have posted how quickly they felt like normal I thought maybe something was wrong with me. I'm glad I found this thread. It hurts to lay down, sit down, stand up, etc... I started walking from day 1, but now it hurts to walk faster than a turtle.... I want to go walking and exercise.... I'm so not liking this stall.
  7. I'm excited to try the protidiet products! Thanks for posting about them! I hadn't heard of them & I'm 3 days past surgery and finding I don't like any of the stuff I used to. I used to love creamy, rich, milky protien shakes... Now I want clear & light stuff like crystal light. So this might be the perfect way for me to get my protien. I'm having trouble taking in more than 1.5-1.75 ounces at a time. And since the thick stuff isn't going down well, maybe this will help me get my protien!
