2 weeks post op

Quick question!

For the past few days I have felt like all of my food is sticking just below the breastbone. I am only eating about 1 1/2 oz. I think I'm taking small enough bites and I am eating that over 20 minutes of time and chewing 20-30 chews each bite. Anyone have suggestions?

what exactly are you eating? I am almost 3 weeks out and when I start to get that sensation I spit out what I am chewing and stop. I am full. I haven't thrown up yet. You may be full:D

I am eating a scrambled egg and cheese or cottage cheese. The first night I felt this was the one time I tried pureed chicken breast.

I am suprised your eating so soon after surgery. My doctor has me liquids only for 21 days then purees and soft soft foods 2-3 weeks before I can have anything really solid like chicken
