My program provided me a detailed list of what is allowed for each phase. What does your program allow? Did you receive information from your surgeon/NUT with ideas and examples?

There are so many options! Do a search for "soft foods"! Offhand, I would say: chicken salad, tuna salad, seafood salad, refried Beans w cheese, scrambled eggs, hummus, chili, fish, cooked veggies, etc...
