I am 5 months post op and this past week I have gained 5 pounds??? Has anyone ever experienced this. I think I am retaining fluid also my husband said he thinks it is from inflammation because I am working out more now.????

No one said anything to me until I lost about 50 lbs and to be honest when I look in the mirror I don't see the weight loss at all but when I post a side by side pic I see it. It is definitely mental -
The first three months after surgery I was doing fine with no carbs but going into month 4 I am struggling bad. Hellppppp!!! Lol

Is it possible to lose 4 lbs in one day or do I need to change my scale? It's supposed to be a good one but I just can't believe I lost 4 lbs in one day.

I know this is tmi but I had my surgery this past Wednesday still no bowel movement. I'm MISERABLE will this cramping ever go away. Ugh -
