I love coconut water and is so beneficial for our health, I wonder if is a good option for the clear liquids pre op diet?

It wasn't listed on my diet as something I could have, check with your NUT they will let you know if THEY want you to have it. Good luck!!

I went to Mexico to get mine and coconut water was something I could drink right after. I normally hate it, but it was the very best thing in the world right after surgery, it made everything feel good, easier to drink than water, and better than broth.
