It went great I am feeling awesome, no complain, my Dr. Altamirano is an angle and the entire team that he use is great. The recovery condo was comfortable and I am just very grateful with God and with all Bariatric Pal team, Florence Hosp Nurses and my angel Dr. Carlos Altamirano :-)

I just came back from surgery with him an he is a heart with 2 legs haha! I am so grateful for the way he and bariatric pal team treated me, I went alone but never felt alone, Dr. A is a awesome doctor, I couldn't pick better.

I just came back from surgery with Dr. Altamirano 5 days ago trust me you are in great hand, he is a very knowledgeable doctor and a great person, super sweet, I call him the angel that change my life. Good luck

I love coconut water and is so beneficial for our health, I wonder if is a good option for the clear liquids pre op diet?

I am 5'2" 204 pounds as today pre op diet weight, my BMI is 37 I am excited and nervous, I guess I just can't wait for the surgery to be over and be back home, lol Good luck! I will be there 6/2 and my surgery is 6/3- we might cross each other, good luck
