Happy Anniversary!!

I'm assuming you're still on soft food? Most restaurants have a great selection of Soups or even chili sometimes. I used to do a lot of Soup when I was as early out as you. Just take your time eating it, and enjoy the company :)

Yes, as above fish is a good choice. High in protein and digests pretty easy. For sides stick to a well steamed vegetable.

I'm only a month out, and while out of town-- I had salmon. It went down good or so I thought. But then, I started to feel bad in my chest--( while at airport), I began to walk to bathroom, then run as I felt it coming up! It all came back up. It may not yet be time for fish after one month!
