Weight loss doesn't occur on a daily basis and you won't get to your ideal weight overnight. Patience is the name of the game and it's a lifetime thing. So my advice to you would be don't weigh yourself too much exercise more sip water all day long if possible and enjoy the journey.

I only weigh myself every 2 weeks! It makes getting through plateaus very easy. As long as I get on the scale and it's less than the last time I was on it I'm happy! I don't care if it's down 2, 4 or 6 pounds...down is down!
