  1. I had sleeve surgery in February and was doing great - It seems now that I can eat more of a variety of foods my weight is at a standstill. I still eat very small portions like 4 to 6 times daily but am not loosing the weight - ANY suggestions would help!!!!
  2. That is awesome!!! I am going on 2 weeks post op this Tuesday - The first week was hell now things are getting better.

  4. Hi there I would love to join your buddy group!! My surgery is March 17th I have to do the pre-op diet for two weeks - I am just ending week one - tough but will be so worth it. Getting nervous because it's getting close but know this is the healthy and smart thing to do for my self and my body. I'm from New York by the way. :-)
