Are you drinking regular broth or low sodium? Try to drink as much as possible but keep the sodium down

Sleeved this month sometime. Find out Monday

I am scheduled for surgery on March 17th - would love to talk and share thing during this journey of ours.

Hi All - was sleeved on 3/4. Doing well. Only 2 issues - allergic to medical tape of all kind, always have been so I'm dealing with that. I also took the GasX today for the first time and it made me sooooo nauseaus. I didn't have any issues with nausea before taking that strip. I know it helps most folks, but did a number of me. Better now and looking for more Soup ideas. I've come to realize that I abhor the chicken broth and Jello. So I need some creativity at this point just to put something in my system, although I'm not hungry - which is a good thing.

For those of you how are you doing on the liquid diet? How is it going for you

Hi, I was sleeved on the 16th, and am on full liquids. I was doing ok, but the last two days I've had bouts of loose stool, and bad gas. But, I'm still hanging in there. I need a pep talk, so I want to go to the support group at my local weight loss center. I'm so sick of drinking sweet things. I've started adding soups but, I can't seem to get past another sweet shake, another sweet shake. Oh! I know, how about another sweet protein shake? No? How about a sweet protein juice then? Lol. Tomorrow marks one week and I have no p,and to cheat or advance until the doctor or NUT says I can, but seriously...I want more savory before I scream!
