A tool just as powerful as wls

Extra virgin olive oil

30 mls before a meal can make you lose weight as well as having endless health benefits like less likelihood of getting cancers and other diseases. My doctor explained to me today there is something in extra virgin olive oil that is unique and powers the body. He had patients use olive oil drinking it before mrals and they had some remarkable results.

You can also sprinkle it on salads etc.

I'm Italian and extra virgin olive oil is a staple in my kitchen. I add it to everything to soften my food. I use it instead of mayo or ranch etc. good calories.

  • I use it a lot and believe it to be a very healthy oil Not sure I could drink it thought. Ugh...

  • The key is not to do low fat, no fat. Olive oil is one of several "good" fats - grassfed butter, coconut oil, macadamia oil, others. Too many people cut fat out and you need good fats along with you

Thank you for reminding me to drink it

I will let you know what happened with me

I'm so intrigued by this thread. Does evoo have a bad effect on cholesterol? I'd really like to try this, but already have high cholesterol. I'm 1-1/2 years post op and have put back on 9 lbs.

@katesuccess Do you count your fat grams? If so what are they averaging a day if they are up 50%? This is really an interesting thread I'll have to follow and see what happens.
