Wow how exciting.... a little about myself, i am divorced with 2 kids and a beautiful supportive partner! I was banded on the 15 May... and everythings going fine.

The worst part was the shoulder pain... the tummy pain is nothing.

yep the optifast is crap but i have seen great results... i can only have the berry crunch bars and soup the rest is horrible.... btw my surgery is 25th june not july.... can you tell i am blonde??? lol
