July Sleever

  • Popular Post

Hello. I am having my sleeve on July 14th, or so it is scheduled. Hope to have some buddies to go through it with. Any July Sleevers out there?

First day of pre op shakes are good tasting but also very sweet. I added water to lower the sweetness. And sf ice pops helped as well. Worst was no coffee. Headache from lack of caffeine, but Tylenol helped. Shakes are very filling.

I had my sleeve done yesterday. I've been very sleepy from the anesthesia and in some pain, but it's manageable. Toughest is drinking. I get a cramping sensation and I can feel the air moving around.

I just did three laps in the corridors to get the gas moving.

Lucky you on the other side!

There's another FB group if you're having trouble. We're pretty active too. It's just called July and there's nothing in the description about WLS if you're worried about being discreet. It's closed not private so you just have to follow the link in case you're having trouble with adding friends. https://m.facebook.com/groups/1464372037211615?tsid=0.5005100192502141&source=typeahead
