Only Me !

I know the first few weeks are about healing and not weight loss but living on broth and jello and G2 for a whole week it would have been nice to at least lose enough to make it worth it !! I had surgery on Thursday 4/23 and as of today Iv lost 4 lbs !! I know it will come, it HAS too but it doesn't make it any less frustrating !!:(

You'll still have a lot of excess water weight on ya from the surgery! Don't worry too much about it just yet! You'll see it more around week 3!

It will show, don't weigh every day!

I've only lost 9 pounds and i'm on day 9.. i'm not worrying about it because of the the extra water that still needs to come off. it may not show much on the scale but i do notice some change in my face and arms. Good luck and hang in there :)

First week it took me to get back to pre surgery weight. I'm 2 months out and am down 25 lbs since survey and 35 lbs total.

If I count pre op I'm down a total of 10lbs in 12 days, that sounds much better !! :)
