Just finished my psych evaluation!

I was worried it would be "hard" to pass! I have no idea why! I chose a psychologist that has had bariatric surgery so hat might have helped!

I really enjoyed talking to her-- she also gave me some tips that helped her when she had head hunger after surgery.

She also has a free support group once a month that I am going to start going to-- the hospital group only allows post op patients!

One more thing done on my to do list!! Yeah!!post-249589-14279884594519_thumb.jpg

I just passed mine yesterday. SO relieved! I was, for some reason, worried too! I guess I was thinking, "of course my mental health isn't absolutely perfect, I have over-eaten and under-excercised myself to this condition!" I felt much more typical and healthy after talking to the psychologist! I do realize that I am just in need of setting new priorities, but I was really nervous about how the psych would view me!

What is "head ginger"???

Hunger!! Sorry my autocorrect is out of control and I missed that! I have corrected the post now!

Congrats on finishing the psych evaluation! ????????

I meet with my psychologist Friday April 10th. This should be fun.
