I know I shouldn't

Guys I have this very bad craving for hot wings since yesterday! I want some soooo bad!!! I just finished an hour hike and I'm starving and am tempted. I am little over 2 months out and can eat anything pretty much except I stay away from sugar and carbs none of that stuff I have lost a total of 42 pounds since dec 17!! But today I want wings!!!! Lol HELP

Bake the wings and make your wing sauce and put in Tupperware together and shake and you have semi healthy wings

LOL I agree with the above statement grilled or bake your wings it is better for you and then you can always put a light sauce on them.

I have had wings and my surgery date was Dec 18th. I only have four at a time, and not depriving myself keeps me going. Have the wings, and remember moderation.

everything in moderation really. i had a three french fries off a friend's plate and it was enough :)

I had this surgery so I can eat what I want in moderation. If Any of us could deprive ourselves from everything we like and stick to healthy food then we wouldn't need the surgery. And who said skinny healthy people don't indulge in what they like but in ok quantity. Of you deprived yourself you are setting yourself to disappoint.
