I used eye makeup remover, did the trick for me

I posted this somewhere else, but my surgeon recommended that once the incisions have healed that using a cotton pad with a bit of baby oil rubbed gently would do the trick, which it did. As with most things, I guess a call to your doc would be in order to see what they would suggest.

I also used the baby oil trick. For some reason the rubbing gently part didn't work, but with some careful scrubbing, the goo came right off.

Vaseline worked for me.

Anything oily should help. People on here have used Peanut Butter, Goo Gone, olive oil, baby oil, chapstick, and as mentioned, Vaseline, makeup remover.

I just left mine alone and everything came out with hot showers eventually.

at first I tried alcohol pads, which only moistened the glue and made it stickier. but baby oil def got it off!
