Has my body smell changed?

No easy way to say this, but I think I stink. :o I am 5 weeks out and I have noticed, even with showering, I smell. Is this possible? What is up with this and how do I stop it?

I'm talking out of turn because I'm a week Pre-op. Has anyone tried coconut oil? External use. Rub on your armpits, groin, wherever the odors seem to be emanating from. It's thick like butter but melts super fast. I get it at costco. Two big jars, organic, $20. It will liquefy with the least heat... Just a thought.

I use coconut oil but the only way to get rid of the smell is to bathe or shower frequently.I moisturizer in coconut oil as well.
