If you look closely at the chewable calcium in the store, they ate calcium carbonate. I've yet to find one in ant store that is citrate. Bariatric advantage and a few others online seem to be all. I'

My date is 1/30/15 and Im trying to get prepared and make sure I have everything I need. I have a question about chewable calcium citrate. When I went the pre-op class that said that you can't get the gummy ones but that is all I can find in stores locally. Are the Bariatric Advantage chewables acceptable? Also for multivitamin, is that and Centrum chewable enough? Any help is appreciated as this part is confusing me.
