Need help!

I has surgery on 9/30/2014 and have felt wonderful up until a few days ago. I have 0 energy, all my bones ache and I am freezing. At first I thought I was getting sick, but now I'm wondering if it is from a lack of carbs or a vitamin deficiency. My blood results came back perfect 2 weeks ago. I only take a bariatric multi vitamin. Help! I'm miserable :(

@@unsupersizeme Wow it could be a multitude of things. Maybe you caught a virus. I don't know your nutritional status so no clue there. Are you getting in enough food, liquids and protein?

Sounds like the virus that has been going around. I felt that way for a week before it hit me full on.

Sounds similar to what has been going around where I live, seems like the majority of my coworkers have had it the past few weeks. I caught it the week of Christmas and had been pretty run down and feeling terrible for 3 weeks, this weekend is the first I've felt human since it started. I would get cold chills to the bone and could not warm up no matter what, I finally went to the dr and it turned out to be bacterial and had to get antibiotics.

Hopefully whatever is going on passes soon! But if it doesn't seem to improve don't hesitate to contact your dr and see if they think you should come in.

It is Flu season and also a stomach flu is going around here in CT.
