@@JustWatchMe - thinking of you today. Hope yesterday went well.

@@2babutterfly - how's it going?

@@punkinvine - hope things are peaceful.

@@enjoythetime - let us hear from you!

@@bacon - you still making it happen?

Happy Tuesday!!

Great OP day yesterday food-wise, but I didn't get the exercise done. I have already done a 40 minute video this morning and will walk outside with my husband this evening. As I've shared, exercise is my struggle. Well, that and weekends... ;)

Today's plan:

B - 8 oz shake w/fiber

L - Rev Wrap

S - 8 oz shake w/fiber

D - crock pot ranch chicken

72 oz Water & 75 minutes exercise

Hope all of you are doing well! Have a swell day and take care of you.

Things are good here! Not much exercise but I've made good food choices...

Today

B- eas Protein shake

L- smart one chicken enchiladas (left the rice)

S- handful of pork rinds

D- 1 cup of chili

I hope everyone is making it work today!

I've gotten behind on this site. I follow too many threads!! It took three hours to catch up tonight.

I'm in a great place today. NSETBEx and I settled on a few current issues like tuition for the kids, contributions toward current expenses and legal fees. It's a start. God smiled on me and gave me peace going in to the courthouse. I'm not afraid of him anymore. I also woke up Monday with the 11 pound gain gone plus a bonus pound gone. That did wonders for my confidence.

Monday was huge. It was the first time I faced or spoke to him in nine months. I have not felt this free and strong in well over a year.

Thank you all for your prayers and support. You were with me and it made a big difference.

Happy hump day!

@@JustWatchMe I'm so glad things went good yesterday!

How's everyone else doing? No exercise for me yesterday.. I stayed at school til 7 last night watching 2 of our baby chicks hatch! Amazing!

Today's plan...

B-eas Protein shake

L- leftover cup of chili

D- salmon, broccoli & cauliflower

I will walk today!!!

BLESSINGS TO ALL!

@@JustWatchMe - I'm so thankful that things went well for you on Monday. I thought about you all day.

@@2babutterfly - chicks hatching, how cool! I watch an eagle's nest online and loved watching their eggs hatch. There's now two eaglets that are almost ready to fledge. I love the process each year!

All is well here. I did get in my exercise yesterday, thank goodness. I have already done a 35 minute Jessica Smith video this morning, so I'm halfway there for today.

My plan:

B - 8 oz shake w/fiber

L - P3 turkey w/peanuts

S - 8 oz shake w/fiber

D - pork loin

863 c, 84p, 39nc

72 oz Water & 75 minutes of exercise

Hope all of you have a swell day! I'll check back later. Take care of you.

Im here but super busy at work and home. food is very clean and I'm feeling great. Exercise has been lacking. I did almost no walking or stairs this week so far. Yikes. Have to step that up before @@bacon slaps me with a new challenge.

I'll write more soon. Off to CODA tonight. Hang tough, peeps!!!!

Good Evening

B cheerios/almond milk

L gluten free Pasta and sauce (did not agree with me... better not try that again for a while)

D potato cheese Soup 2 tortilla chips

Snack... applesauce

Dug holes and planted bulbs, raked and carried leaves to the woods. Beautiful weather. Blessings and a productive tomorrow for each of YOU!

I have been off the road most of the week. Been busy getting things ready for making hay. Replaced knives in cut conditioner. Baler had a bearing give up the ghost late last year. Had all winter to replace it, and we wait til now.. this is how we roll.. pun intended. I am going to get back on exercise and eating plan.

Good morning and TGIF!!!

I've got meals planned and am ready to roll. I'm headed to Sam's this morning to stock up for May. I plan meals for the month and do my major shopping at the beginning of the month. Then, each week all I have to get is fresh produce, milk, bread, and fill-in items. It works for me.

Today's plan:

B - 8 oz shake w/fiber

L - Quest bar

S - 8 oz shake w/fiber

D - homemade pizza

803c, 87p, 38nc

72 oz Water & 45 min walk with my husband this evening

I hope all of you have a wonderful day. I sure miss hearing from you. Take care of you.

It is fRIDAY! Ready for this weekend! So glad to hear from @@punkinvine & @@bacon! We've missed you!

Have a busy weekend with yard work and the gbaby! Looking forward to it! I love spring and planting flowers although I know my west Texas flowers are nothing compared to some of yours!

Today's plan

B-protein shake

L-Salisbury steak smart one. Chunking the Mac & cheese out of it (hopefully)

D- hubs is in charge tonight so my guess is something on the grill

Friday weigh in: 201. Down from 202.5 last Friday ( I hope it's ok for me to post this. I think it might help me a bit)

Hugs to all!

@s_suther...what is on you staple list for SAMs?

@s_suther...what is on you staple list for SAMs?

ground beef (freeze in 1# bags)

chicken breasts (freeze individually)

beef filet

pork loin

frozen chicken wings (separated into family serving sizes)

butter

eggs

chicken base

*We do A LOT of grilling, so it makes it easy when I have this stuff- frozen in serving sizes - planned & on hand.

*I like to pre-marinade, prep, etc so each freezer bag is ready to roll once thawed.

*My first of the month is busy with this, but it's super easy for the rest of it!

Happy Friday! I'm walking stairs at work today and had a Protein Breakfast. lunch will be errands and probably a bowl of Soup from Subway. dinner is Red Lobster with a friend. No cocktails, no biscuits. Caesar salad and lobster and shrimp and green Beans.

I'm trying to watch sodium because I notice Water retention day to day with the rings I wear. When my rings are tight, I don't fret over a small scale gain. But sodium is bad for my blood pressure, so it's good for me to be aware of it now.

Saturday I will have a day all to myself. I may buy some shoes.

Sunday is my outing with my BFF, her mom and my mom for Mother's Day. Brunch at a hotel. I'll post before I go that day.

Hello warriors!! I had a super busy day and got a ton of stuff done. Laundry, legal stuff, paid some bills, got my car appraised at CarMax (seriously, $1500 trade value? sheesh!), bought a gift for my mother, bought two dresses, a sweater and a pair of shoes for me ????, saw a movie with my bestie (Age of Adeline -- loved it), and managed to do all of this on two cups of chili and two large iced decaf coffees for the entire day. Not the best food plan, but by the time I got home, I just felt like waiting for tomorrow to eat won't be such a bad idea.

I'm having an early Mother's Day brunch out tomorrow, so I'll likely have a bit more food than usual. I'm committing here and now to pass on the champagne.

I'm tired just reading this!

Hope you're all doing well. One more week until my eldest daughter comes home from St. Louis, and 12 days until my baby returns from her semester abroad in Spain. The countdown has begun! I can't wait to hold her in my arms again.

This momma is going to have a very happy Mother's Day week!
