Surgery in 2 days. I seem to be all of a sudden noticing every food commercial now. Funny how my head starts thinking of reasons to quit and go eat an entire pizza. Battle of sheer will today.

How I agree with u on this statement! My surgery is march 5th and yesterday I kept telling myself oh one day wont hurt one day wont hurt but I didnt give in...been on full liquid diet for 10 days start clear clear liquids today...ugh....

Everyone good luck on their upcoming surgeries :)

I've been having the most random cravings. Like I want ONE ravioli.

Surgery is tmw! I'm going strong but oh good lord. The other day, I wanted a single sour cream and onion ripple chip. I thought I that if I could have just one I would be satisfied and move on. I did NOT eat a single solitary chip but it took great willpower.

Funny thing? I don't even LIKE sour cream and onion chips. I just wanted to "make sure." Ha.

I'm so scared about tomorrow! But I also can't wait.

Stay the course guys! We are all so close

Yay! Good luck with Surgery! I start my pre-op on Friday and i'm looking forward to it and dreading it all at the same time!

My surgery is March 16, 2015! Coming up quickly.

I'd love to be in a supportive posting group with other March sleeve-to-be's!

I'm going to my internist for my final medical clearance this afternoon. I already had my pre-op testing last week.

I have a band that is going to be taken out at the same time that the sleeve procedure will be done. The band gave me complications after 3 years of success. I'm super excited to be sleeved so soon and have the band be-gone!

Best to all of you on your pre-op journeys and with your post-op success!

I am scheduled for March 19 and I am excited

I am scheduled for March 20th

Had my surgery this morning at 7:30. I was out and in my room by 11:30am.

Chest is a little tight from the anesthesia, but I'm doing that breathing thing they make you. I was just a little nauseated and the nurse gave me something for that,

Was able to get up and use the bathroom. Got a look at my incisions and they are small. Very pleased with that.

I'm feeling pretty good overall. Tired, but that's to be expected.

WE CAN DO IT.

Rest and also walk as tolerated when u can 2 prevent blood clots. I'm excited 4 u. How many days will u stay in the hospital? Congrats on being post-op!!

I'm March 31 also what dr. R u using?

I'm using Dr Gorecki on Brooklyn NY. Are u in NY City??

My surgeon just stopped in and he thinks I can go home tomorrow.

I'm definitely planning on walking around in a little while. It's shift change right now so it's a little chaotic out there. :)
