4 Week Post-Op: What are you eating?

Hi All!

I'm coming up on 4 weeks post op (Tuesday) and I wanted to check in with you all and see how you're doing!

What kind of stuff were you eating at 4 weeks? Today is the first time after my surgery I got sick. I was ambitious and didn't mush up my salmon. One bite and I was a goner.

I'm eating eggs, yogurt, cottage cheese, shredded cheese, refried or smashed pinto and black beans, chicken, turkey, fish and soy products. On January 21st at my six weeks check up, I will get to add veggies. Currently, I still have to supplement my diet will a half of a protein shake three times a day. I had surgery on 12/10.

I'm five weeks and eat eggs (Blahhhhh) fish, tuna, ground beef, shredded chicken, sashimi, milk, cheese, Beans, salsa, small amounts of lettuce and veggies (well chewed), coffe (decaf) yogurt, small amounts of melon, and I did try some quinoa but it made me dump.

:)
