Hello all!! My surgery is next week the 8th and I'm getting all my stuff together before and I'm just wondering what's the BEST way to measure liquids and yogurts, broths , pudding ects. Since 4oz is the amount per serving I want to make sure I measure it accurately not guesstimate . Where and what do u buy to measure liquids and foods with OZ amount not cups amount ?!?!
Also my Protein intake for the 2 week liquid will be mainly Protein powder shakes BUT I love Premier Protein premade with 30 g. Is this ok to use 3 days post op?!? Or is it too heavy?!!! Suggestions please !!! Thanks
