Ug, pushed back to Phase 1

For the past 2 days I've woken up feeling totally full.

I thought it was gas, I took Gas X strips and didn't work.

I called my Dr office and my surgeon said I may have eaten to fast and to go back to phase 1. I'm sure that is true. I'm not eating much, once or twice a day. I mainly drink and have protein shakes. But I do drink fast and to much at once. Sometimes my thirst over comes me and I just drink.

Why is that a problem again? I honestly can not remember.

I'll be 1 month out on Friday.

I've had to go back to phase I also. I'm just hoping it's because I'm eating/drinking too fast and not a leak. I couldn't keep anything down yesterday. Have you had that problem?

No vomiting. Just a real full feeling. I've been doing awesome with my fluids and protein till yesterday. I think between these two days I've gotten 7 cups of that.
