I've had to go back to phase I also. I'm just hoping it's because I'm eating/drinking too fast and not a leak. I couldn't keep anything down yesterday. Have you had that problem?
I've read that left shoulder pains are common when experiencing a leak in the sleeve. I've had that some today, but it's not constant. Just wondering if anybody else has had that pain and it NOT been a leak.

I'm 10 days out from surgery and have been doing pretty good until yesterday. I took an extremely small bite of yogurt and thought I was going to die. I had the worst pain in my chest, like an elephant was sitting on me. Now, almost everything I try to get down puts me in pain. I did manage to get a Protein shake down this morning, but it was still slightly painful. Any ideas what I've done?

I'm at the same stage you are and I've decided that my problem with the water is that I can't drink it slowly enough. I don't know why, but I just can't.
