sleeved Surgery was Nov, 10 weighed 344lbs. First check up was Nov, 18 326lbs. Currenty weight 316lbs. So Since surgery I have lost 28 pounds. I'm Nervous to see my Dr. on Thur. When I had my lapband he would always tell me that I'm not following the diet 100%. I was only losing 2-4 pounds a month. I always leave his office feeling depressed. Like I failed. I think I'm doing pretty good but would like it to be more. I will admit I only get in about 30grams of protein and 50oz water. I just always feel bloated. I just hope this works for me. Just feeling very sad and nervous.
