Shirataki Noodles

Well I am 12 weeks out and I have been so hungry for spaghetti. I tried Shirataki Noodles and they are good. They actually don't have a taste but they took on the taste of the marinara sauce. No carbs, that was my goal... Has anyone else tried them?

    I've never heard of them. What are they made of?

    It depends on the brand you get some are tofu based and others are made from a Japanese yam called Konjac.
