Swanson makes flavored broth. They have flavors such as Tortilla, Hot&Sour, Cajun, chicken Tuscan. These add a little variety and I put a scoop of powders?utm_source=BariatricPal&utm_medium=Affiliate&utm_campaign=CommentLink" target="_ad" data-id="1" >unjury chicken Soup in with them to get protien.

Yasso yogurt bars which can be found in the freezer section. I like the vanilla carmel, choclate and strawberry.

Dannon 80 calorie yogurt is very good. I take half of a yogurt and put it on top of 1/2 of a sugar free Jello cup.

banana yogurt and cherry jello is yummy.

If you crave spicy a v-8 virgin mary is good: 1 cup v-8, hot sauce, lime juice, celery salt, worchester sauce and pepper

G2 gatorade and iced tea with fresh lemon is my go to drink.
