  1. Is it just me but I feel Down sometimes where I don't even want to wear makeup and I think it's taking its toll on me. Am I alone in feeling like this....
  2. They used both the surgical glue and staples, but know my incision sites are red and a little swollen
  3. So I am 10 days almost 11 days post op and it is 12/7/14 and my first post op appointment with my surgeon is scheduled for tomorrow December 8, 2014 I still have my staples in and they are red and sore. Has anyone had their staples in that long???
  4. Soon I'll be on my way to working out. But I have no idea where to start, as a new sleever I'm afraid I might push myself to hard or to little. I am meeting with a trainer but I'm curious to find out how my fellow sleevers started their work out routine????

  9. So I'm still in transition for post op and I was just wondering if anyone has any suggestions so that I can add any variety to my full liquids and then my purredf stage puréed
  10. So I'm nine days postop and it's Friday night and the kids are popping popcorn and the smell is making me so nauseous that I just had to leave the room. Is anyone else having lunch with her and food smells may be it's becoming an intolerance of certain foods.
  11. I'm drinking Isopure, but maybe I should increase my intake to 40 or more. I'll be contacting my nutritionist very soon just to make sure I'm doing things right....

Thanks I've always had a problem with eggs but I've never really had a problem with cheese or milk I don't think I'm ready for solids anytime I'm trying almond milk and skim milk just to try to transition myselfand I'm going to trying cream of wheat which is I've never really been a fan of five I got to give it a try

  14. @@Elode have you ever have that light headed feeling on clear liquids or on full liquids I don't know sometimes I feel like I'm going through vertigo I don't know what it could be.
  15. Thanks, my surgeon give me two different handouts on when to start full liquids one says, Day 4-13 full liquids and the other handout says 7-13... I just want to be on the right time of when to start full liquids... I feel full liquids including my milk based protein might just give me more energy when walking and not give me that lightheaded feeling..
  16. How long did any post op Sleever's wait to transition into milk based foods and Purée??? I'm going on day 6 of just clear liquid and wondering should I wait until day 7...

  19. I think I'm going crazy, I really want to eat but I am sticking with my post op diet religiously. But somehow I feel like I can eat more than jello, broths, and liquid.... Is it me or am I going through withdrawal.... Please help ????
