Stomach binder

If you had one, how long did you wear your stomach binder? It feels like a security blanket and I like having it on but I'm afraid I'll have a hard time hiding it at work. I am now 12 days post op and still wearing mine. It makes a huge difference in supporting my abdomen and incisions. Without the binder on it feels like the weight of my stomach pulling down really pulls on the incisions. It is a tremendous help to support my belly when I am asleep too! I will keep wearing it as long as I need and as long as my incisions hurt with movement and pulling.
