Help! I'm experiencing something I've never had a problem with!

Good morning fellow sleevers!

So this is something new that even before surgery I never had a problem with. I am starting to get really really hungry in the middle of the night. I tried eating something later and hoping it would hold me over and it doesn't. Drinking Water isn't even doing the trick!

I know that my body changing and it's taking it's time to rearrange itself since I'm only two weeks postop. But it's really getting frustrating because once I eat something in the middle of the night, it takes me forever to fall back to sleep.

Any suggestions?

Can you drink milk? Maybe a glass before bed would help.

I find myself hungry at bedtime, too, and I am 18 months out. If I don't eat something, I wake up really hungry. I have found that the best, longest lasting solution to my hunger is beef Jerky. It takes a long time to chew, it's dense Protein and it's flavorful so it cures any cravings.
