Hey everyone! It's been a while since I've come up here. I was sleeved on August 4th 2014. My starting weight pre - op was 224lbs, as of this morning, I am not 172lbs. Honestly I've been messing up pretty bad. Although my portions have been pretty small about 3-4 oz per meal, I've basically been eating what ever I want. It's been pretty difficult to get in the swing of things; with school, a baby, wifely duties, etc. I've worked out a few times since I was physically able. I haven't seen my surgeon in over a month. (I have no idea why they haven't called me back to reschedule) anyways I'm just feeling like a failure.im not sure if I should be losing more. I know I need to choose healthier options and fit in am exercise routine. Anybody feel the way I've been feeling? Any any encouragement or tips would be appreciated. Thanks. Sorry for the long post.
