  • Surgery was Monday the 5th! Doing really really well! I was home Tuesday evening and Wednesday went to the mall and walked with my mom for about an hour. It's cold and snowy so outside isn't an optio

  • I absolutely refuse to buy new clothes until I am sleeved. I may purchase some cozy jammy pants, maybe a couple of tank tops to wear around the house. That is it. I will waste no more money on this

Well I learned today that I'm borderline diabetic. So glad I'm already approved. Hopefully we can nip this in the bud in January Lord willing.

No I'm going to Tijuana. I will still msg you and see how recovery is going ☺️

I am scheduled for January 20th! I am getting all pre-op work done on Saturday, but my scope does not happen into 1/9. I am glad I will be able to enjoy holiday food (in moderation) and then I start the liver shrinking diet 2 weeks prior to surgery.

I really hope that everyone stays in constant contact with each other. I'm trying to rally some people that have had sleeve surgery in my area together for a lil support group, Today I did not eat great but since I have already lost 11lbs in 9 days I'm not going to beat myself up about it. I can only control so much and everything in moderation is ok. Tech I'm not even having to do a pre op diet I'm choosing to do one and I'm pretty proud of myself!

@ When is your surgery scheduled?

I do not have a surgery date yet but hoping for January. Tomorrow I have my last appointment for my 3 month plan I had to follow for my insurance and my information will be submitted to my insurance. I really hope I get approved with no problems and quick I am very ready for a change. I have also been trying the protein shakes for breakfast only (baby steps), I gave up my Dr . pepper cold turkey and that was very hard 2 months without out. I have my kids and husband as my support system, and as much as I love them and am thankful I feel like sometimes they just don't get it, they have no weight issues, I am very happy that I have found this group. ????

Well just got back from my appointment and who is down 12lbs? This chick right here and I feel awesome about that I know it is cause I'm basically eating nothing and don't get me wrong I'm STARVING but hey I just know that if I go into surgery with a lower body weight that it means I have less to lose and I think that is something great!

Im 27th Of January in Tijuana mexico with Dr.Louisiana Valenzuela staying at the Mariott
