Stomach hurts!

I just started soft foods and everytime I eat I feel sick so I don't want to eat. I eat slow and eat small bites. I am now doing protein shakes for breakfast and then much later eating something.

Even waking up my stomach is already not feeling right? I don't throw up but it's bothersome I want to feel normal and I hope this isn't the new because I don't want to work or do anything.

Anyone else experiencing this? I also do take my anti acid as prescribed.

Thanks!

Yes. Totally relate. Everything I ate from mushies on made my stomach cramp and I didn't enjoy anything. I dreaded trying anything. I too did not throw up. The first two months of healing were hard.

It's worth it though. It will pass and you will enjoy eating again. Just remember this is temporary.

My stomach hurts all the time especially when I'm trying to sleep in the middle of the night. I feel better taking a pill for nausea that my doctor prescribed after the surgery with a warm cup of defcaff. black tea I felt a little better.

I am feeling the same way except when I drink my protein shakes. It makes me so nausea. I drink premier protein anyone have any tips on a better one ?

not sure where you're at, but I get a nice vanilla one from Woolworths called Aussie Bodies Perfect Protein
