Any suggestions for calcium supplements?

I cannot find one that I can tolerate. I go to look for a new one in the store and I get overwhelmed. My NUT says I can take two flint stones complete vitamins and I am doing good on those just need to start getting the calcium in.

Kirkland calcium chews sugar free at costco. They are pretty good! I love chocolate, so it is almost like a little sweet treat 3 times a day. :)

I believe those are calcium carbonate, not citrate.

Try vita4life’s calcium supplement. I am sure, it won’t happen again if you try this supplement product.

Ice tried the bariatric advantage chews but prefer Bariactive tablets that dissolve. Much better imo.
