Finally got my date!

So excited! After waiting patiently for three months. I have finally gotten my surgery date October 6th! I have lost a total of 29 lbs so far. Wish it would have been more but I guess I wasn't as dedicated to my 1 meal a day as I should have been. I did great with the shakes and sf Jello and popsicles and string cheese but just wasn't hungry enough to eat at lunch time and have meat and veggies. So i didn't consume enough calories therefore I didn't lose enough weight. Oh well you live and learn. I will be sure to do so after surgery and for the next couple of weeks!!

Getting excited and nervous at the same time!
