hello everyone i am currently done with all the medical exams that i needed to complete to get gastric bypass the last thing im waiting for is for my pcp to fax my surgeon my medical clearance letter so they can fax all my paper work to my insurance and see if i get approved im feeling so tired and scared that i wont get approved and i need so words of encouragement please help

I felt the same way. My insurance denied the request for stress test a week ago for cardiologist and Tuesday approved my surgery. Will keep you in my thoughts

The surgeon offices generally know the ropes, and if you weren't a good candidate for approval they would probably know and would have discussed it with you. Think positive and start changing the habits you'll need after surgery. Like eating protein and stopping snacking, etc. Good luck!!!!
