Post-op Appt....Woot Woot

So, yesterday was my 3 week post-op appt. I am down 25 lbs. I believe that my doctors records are more accurate then mine but it sure does not feel like I have lost anything. I was given a excellent bill of health from my dr's office. Was also told that I am doing so good on my own they are going to wait another 4 weeks before we do a fill. I am not sure if that is too long or not. I guess if I start snacking more that will be a good indicator. I have been journaling all my food, which is great. Now I need to work on recognizing the signs. In time I am sure I will get it.

Twenty-five down, yippee! Now you are in the healing phase and return if hunger will come -- all normal. Then you will meet with your surgeon to assess for a fill. You are right on track. Getting exercise in will really help -- you are doing great!

Congrats that's wonderful!
