Hi and congrats! I had my sleeve on July 15th. I'm not sleeping on my stomach yet although I feel like I could. I've been sleeping on my sides and it's been comfortable.

Today was my first post-op. I was just wondering how much weight you've lost so far and what your exercise and eating routine is like? My nutritionist told me today that I can stop the Protein shakes and start to eat real food. But I don't see how I'm going to eat 60g of protein with servings being so small.

What do you do?

Hi and congratulations to you as well. I have lost 17 pounds and I am on creamy foods. I am suppose to have 50 gems of protein and 64 oz of water. I want to sleep on my stomach because I have a bad back but my surgeon has not given me the OK.

You can sleep on your stomach when it feels ok to do so. I am 14 days out and I can somewhat sleep on my stomach. I take a body pillow and kinda lay on my stomach over the pillow but still at just a slight angle. Getting closer.

Congrats on joining the losers bench. :-) I'm a side sleeper, it took me about a month before I could transition from sleeping propped up on my back to sleeping on either side. Never been able to sleep on my stomach.

I was able to sleep on my stomach about how we can I half after surgery.
