Question for post-op sleevers:

My schedule is scheduled for a Wednesday. I'm a middle school teacher so I don't really do any lifting or strenuous physical activity at work. Based on your experience: How much time do you suggest taking off to recover?

I went back to work 2 weeks later, it was easy! Drink isopure to get your water and protein, good luck!

I'm a librarian so probably a somewhat more sedentary job than you have. I went back after two weeks but I was still tired - I wouldn't have minded another week off.

I too am a middle school teacher and my surgeon required 4 weeks off from work. I would have been fine with going back after 3 weeks, but I followed the doc's suggestion (it was nice being gone for awhile!)
