This is basically what my nut said. If you can handle salsa or spice, go for it. In fact she had a whole presentation about spices and flavorings as opposed to frying your food to add flavor while keeping it low cal.

It was approved on my plan, I ate it as soon as I could and had no problems tolerating it.

Yep, if you can handle it and it doesn't give you horrible reflux, go for it! I had spicy food from day 3, LOL!!

I use a bottle of Tobasco about every 3 days. No issues for me either.
