For me, grazing is a habit. It's something I CAN control. I just have to make myself not do it. Eat your planned meals, get rid of anything that's a trigger, and keep yourself busy doing other things.

I am afraid I am going to end up grazing myself right back to an unhealthy weight. I am starting my 4th week & am down 20. I am just worried because I have started on actual food & not liquid. Any advice?
