notice any progress

Its hard for me to see if i made any progress, i guess because its myself and then i got rid of my scale because i drove myself insane with it around. Can anyone tell if i am making any progress 6 weeks out?

Do you have an old shirt that you avoided wearing because it pulled around the belly? If so, try it on and see if it fits better now.
